Any house does not do without hanger for clothes in the hall, and at the dacha it will not prevent. It can make such hanger with own hands quite even to those who did not work with tree earlier, besides, here it is possible to give scope of imagination and to think up design which answers your individual taste and ideas of convenience.
It is required to you
- - 7 rails 70 mm wide;
- - 3 pine bars of 50*50 mm;
- - 2 boards for horizontal pads to wall, long 90 cm;
- - 2 boards for the top and lower shelves;
- - metal hangers hooks (4 pieces);
- - metal corners (12 pieces)
- - screws self-tapping screws, four screws with dowels;
- - drill;
- - cross screw-driver;
- - wood saw;
- - primer for tree, soft flat brush;
- - abrasive paper, tape measure, level.
Instruction
1. Attach two boards to wall horizontally, one - at the level of the shelf for caps, another – at the level of the lower shelf. Drill drill in wall four openings, on two on each board, hammer dowel, then drill in boards two openings at the same distance, as in wall, apply boards, screw screws.
2. Attach vertical rails to horizontal boards self-tapping screws, use level to attach rails exactly. Saw off three bars for support of the lower shelf up to the necessary height, attach them on corners and to the middle of the lower shelf by means of metal corners. Put the lower shelf to rails (below bars lean on floor), attach the shelf to rails and the lower horizontal board with corners (it is desirable that screws took both rail, and horizontal board).
3. Close position of joints of bars with the lower shelf rails, having sawn off two side and one frontal rails necessary are long, then attach to the shelf side rails on two self-tapping screws, frontal – on three.
4. Make the top shelf for headdresses, having attached board to rails by means of metal corners (it is desirable that self-tapping screws have passed both through rails, and through basic horizontal board). Attach hangers hooks for clothes to rails at the necessary height.
5. Grind all saw cuts and parts which you will cover with mordant or it is delicious. For this purpose at first humidify surfaces with warm water, then apply with soft brush primer, wait for drying, sustain tree one more hour, then start processing of tree abrasive paper. Envelop abrasive paper piece of wooden bar, conduct it along fibers, periodically shaking the collected fine dust.
6. Cover all wooden parts of hanger with mordant or it is delicious. Apply varnish in three layers, let's each layer dry completely before drawing the following.
