3. You can assemble such furnace from any improvised construction materials, such, for example, as cement or tile, mica, etc. The sizes of your furnace can also be various. As electrodes you can take brushes from powerful electric motor or just cut such brushes from piece of graphite. Electrodes have to have surely 2 openings throughout which it is necessary to pass copper wire.
4. Mica will play heat insulator role in the furnace. External walls of the furnace should be done by not less than 10 mm thick, and the normal brick laid on metal pallet can be support for your furnace. Prepare carbon and graphite powder for the furnace. It can be received by processing by file of unnecessary rods. Remember that over time powder will burn out and it will need to be replaced.
