Instruction
1. Before buying all necessary for heating installation, draw the plan in which specify all trifles: where and as radiators and boiler in what part of the house the broad tank and how many pipes to you will be placed will be placed it is required for the organization of heating of your house.
2. Count all turns, distance from radiators to floor and other important parts.
3. Choose boiler of such power which will be able effectively to heat all square meters of the house. It is considered to be that for heating of 10 square meters of cottage it is necessary to spend 1 kilowatt of energy. Respectively for heating of the house with area of 200 m² it is necessary to choose the 20 kW boiler.
4. If to consider by other technique, then the power of all quantity of radiators is summarized. The boiler which to everything also supplies the bathroom with kitchen hot water is called double-circuit. When calculating its power add 10 more kilowatts on each separate crane.
5. In the lowermost site of system mount not less than two cranes for water drain from radiators. In turn, install broad tank on the highest place, the attic or under ceiling.
6. Equip such tank with drain tube for draining of excess water and warm it. Do not do circulating loop too long as it will hinder the movement of water in system. Install the boiler in the basement or on the place which centimeters is 60 lower than floor height. Thus, water circulation will amplify. Consider that pipes of different diameter are necessary for each site of system: for delivery pipe – 40 mm, for strut – 50 mm, and pipes brought to radiators by diameter – 25 mm.
