Instruction
1. Study arrangement and assignment of doors of access guard. It is normal their three. At the left two doors are located: horizontal, and under it - square. Behind the first of them there are automatic machines, and for the second - electric counters. On the right one vertical door behind which low-voltage devices, for example, antenna amplifiers and splitters, telephone terminal blocks are placed is located. Sometimes guards of other configuration meet.
2. Examine locks of each of doors. If they are equipped by speakers plates of rectangular cross section, it is possible to open for any of them, using combination pliers. Horizontal position of plate corresponds to vertical position of uvula (the lock is open) and vice versa when the plate is located vertically, the uvula is in horizontal position (the lock is closed). During major repairs the front panels of access guards sometimes change for new where the locks similar to that are used in mailboxes are put. In this case residents are given most often keys only from door with automatic machines. Open and close it the same as mailbox.
3. When any of doors is open, follow the following rules. Do not concern any metal objects in guard even if you are precisely sure that high tension on them is absent - it can appear not so. Do not try to dismantle any objects belonging not to you. It belongs even to the counter via which your apartment is connected - quite often it is the property of the electrosupplying organization. 4. In the presence of electronic counters with authorities it is possible, having opened the corresponding door of guard, to press the buttons located them with the purpose to learn electricity consumption for the last months, in various times of day. It is impossible to rewind or stop it from the keyboard. Do not press the button on counters of neighbors.
5. If it is necessary to carry out repair of electrical wiring, open door behind which automatic machines are located. Find among them two marked with the same digits as number of your apartment. Previously having switched off the computers and other devices which are not suffering sudden de-energization check via what automatic machine chandeliers and through what - sockets eat. In emergency it is necessary to switch-off automatic machines at once, without waiting for switching off of computers.
6. Consider that the call and the socket between bathroom doors usually eat via the same automatic machine, as chandeliers. During repair of wiring near guard there has to be person watching that nobody has approached guard and has not resumed supply of electricity. Disconnect and turn on automatic machines carefully not to concern their clips and bare wires.
7. Having completed the work with the devices located in guard, surely close all its doors and lock them on locks.
