Products from faux fur (fur coat, bags and home decoration) look attractively and are on sale at the affordable prices. And if the product has lost initial color and attractiveness, it can be painted independently in house conditions.
Instruction
1. To paint faux fur, at first solve what color to you it is necessary: whether you want to change color of fur product cardinally, or wish to update it only a little. As a rule, faux fur in house conditions is painted with normal hair-dye therefore, first, at first buy paint. Deciding to recolour product cardinally in dark natural or creative bright colors, use resistant hair-dye. Only slightly to update color of product from faux fur, especially light coloring, use normal tonirovochny shampoo.
2. Clean product, deleting traces of fat and dirt, otherwise any paint can lay down irregularly. Depending on pollution, wipe fur with cotton tampon, the wetted in shampoo or cleaning agent. Before executing coloring of faux fur, check paint on small piece, and when painting finished product – on fur from inner side or in other hardly noticeable place. If after drying you had liked both shade, and type of the painted faux fur, begin painting of all product.
3. That painting of faux fur has been executed uniformly, well pull fur or finished product, otherwise then in its structure there can be badly painted places. Process the surface of fur brush, carefully painting over it on grain direction, taking both fur "hairs", and fabric basis, especially if you cardinally change color of fur product. Adhere to the instruction stated on the paint bought by you as if you painted not fur, and hair.
4. Leave product with the applied paint for time specified in the instruction that coloring pigments have managed to be absorbed well. Then you will need only to wash away carefully paint, considering both type of faux fur, and its basis. If the painted product from faux fur well gives in to washing, wash it without shampoo use, only strongly do not rub not to damage structure. Then comb in wet look a little and let's dry out, and after drying – again comb. When fabric basis of faux fur because of possible shrinkage is not recommended to be erased, remove residues of paint the tampon, wetted in warm water, from cotton wool, constantly changing them for new.
