1. Primer – one of steps to to whitewashing ceiling. That to make it, at first make lime paste. For this purpose take rather dense slaked lime. Part 2.5 kg of lime paste in 5 l of hot water. Then dissolve in mix of a little table salt, the 50-100th.
2. Now in the turned-out volume add waters so much that 10 l have turned out. While you add ingredients, carefully mix the received structure at each stage. Filter well stirred primer for whitewashing through small sieve.
3. Take one and a half liters of ten-percentage joiner's glue and stir in it order of the 150-200th chalk rubbed in powder. Add the turned-out mix to structure for primer. This mix needs to be applied with brush or the roller. It is possible to ground such structure any ceiling.
4. Whitewashing can be prepared in several ways. One of widespread recipes: take 5 liters of water, heat it to 50 degrees. In it consistently dissolve 3 kg of carefully sifted chalk and 30 g of joiner's glue. It will be enough approximately on 12-15kv. ceiling m.
5. One more structure providing quality whitewashing. Take 3-4 liters of hot water, in it dissolve 60 g of laundry soap, add 17 g of ultramarine or blue and 90 g of joiner's glue. Now add 2.5 kg of powder chalk. This structure will be enough for 10 sq.m. of the area.
6. It is possible to use limewashing. For it take 5 l of hot water. In it dissolve 2-3 kg of slaked lime, the 50-100th table salt which can be replaced with aluminum potassium alum. Add 0.4-0.5 kg of dyes which should be dissolved previously in water. Then bring the received volume to 10 l. A little blue will not prevent.
