1. The first option consists in payment of utilities by means of the cash card of Sberbank. For this purpose connect service which is called "Sberbank online". This service allows to carry out payments through the Internet in private office on the website of bank. You can use as the card which is already available for you, and to issue specially intended for implementation of payments on the Internet. To connect service, visit one of the branches of the bank, at the same time it is necessary to have with itself the passport.
2. Further insert card into one of ATMs and print out on the check the identification number, the constant password and also the list of one-time passwords for implementation of payments. In addition you can connect service "Mobile bank" by means of which you will receive not only sms about the account status, but also one-time passwords.
3. Start on the computer the Internet observer and pass to the address http://sberbank.ru, find the reference "Sberbank Onl@yn" (with orange background) and click it, or at once pass to the address https://esk.sbrf.ru. It is the page of logging into the personal account. In the respective fields enter the identification number and the constant password which you printed out on the check in the ATM. On the following page you will see the list of cards and number of the means which are available on them. Find the button of payment of bills of housing and public utilities and click it. Specify necessary payment details, click on "to Remember" next time not to enter data anew. Make payment.
4. Other option – payment by means of online services of payment service providers, for example, Yandex.Money. Pass to the address https://money.yandex.ru/. Click the link "Pay" and in the subsection "Payment of Receipts" choose housing and public utilities, and then "Payment of receipts". Accurately enter necessary information in the respective fields, specify the sum of the made payment. After that once again recheck the entered data and press the Pay button. On the following page enter your payment password and complete operation.
