1. Allocate two hours for analytical work. Take several sheets of paper and, it is desirable, several handles with multi-colored ink. Separate sheets into two columns.

2. Take the first leaf. Begin in the first column on lines to write down all products of long storage. And in the second column, opposite to product write the number of packages, either pieces, or kilograms of this product which you always have to have in stock. It will turn out approximately so: rice – 2 packages. When all products are listed, consider how many shelves or boxes will be required to you that all this to lay. 3. Take the second leaf. On it describe all the ware. On the same leaf describe all tableware – plates, cups. Consider how many shelves and what size will be required for storage of pans. And what size there has to be dryer that it could contain all plates. You remember, it is how inconvenient to take out the necessary pan standing in the depth of cabinet.

4. On the third leaf write down all ware which you would like to store in locker show-window. And also all decorative jars for storage of seasonings, spices, beautiful supports for knives, the mixer, the coffee grinder … That is objects which have to be near at hand all the time.

5. Correctly to plan kitchen, it is necessary to separate it into zones. The storage area of products, zone of cooking and zone for preparatory work. In the storage area of products place the fridge, curbstones and hinged cabinets in which there will be place to all your products. In zone for preparatory work arrange washing, working surface or table, cutting boards, knives, the dryer for ware. In zone of cooking there has to be plate, kitchen utensils, spices and seasonings, set of ladles and big spoons.

6. Take the fourth leaf, on it draw kitchen (axonometrical projections are not necessary). Correlate requirements and the sizes of kitchen to the available room. So you will be able to plan the kitchen convenient for you. Dare to have small, low stool that it was easy to take any subject from the top shelves of hinged cabinets. It will allow not to take excess steps on kitchen.

7. Choose color gamma of the new kitchen. Remember that the wood invoice of facades bears silence, rest and pacification. The set of coloring of MDF of facades will allow to make kitchen bright and original.
