On the garden site it is recommended to have its grades as early - and pozdnotsvetushchy as ranotsvetushchy grades will already meet late spring frosts with ovary, and pozdnotsvetushchy early frosts are not terrible.

1. As currant begins ""to spill"" after winter very much early, autumn landing is more preferable, than spring. Landing time – September-November, but not later than 3 weeks before frosts begin. Land as soon as possible in the spring, the soil will allow only.
2. For landing choose well lit place. At threat of stagnation of water provide good drainage. If flooding cannot be avoided or underground waters approach surface closer, than on 1 m, for planting of bushes fill hillocks or high bed. Bushes among land at distance 1-1.5 m from each other, between ranks there have to be 2-3 m. Grades with sprawling krone demand more place, than compact upright.
3. Upon purchase of saplings give preference to the zoned grades. Choose saplings with the escapes going from the basis as 40-50 cm long. Pay special attention to root system. It has to be well developed, with strong lobe, 3-4 lignified skeletal roots 15-20 cm long. In transit, in order to avoid dehumidification of roots, envelop them wet fabric and film. If roots have slightly dried up, keep them several hours in water and if were dried up strongly – wet for day. Before landing cut off the damaged tips of backs.
4. Just before landing dig out landing holes by the size of root system of sapling, but not less than 40 cm in the diameter and 40-50 cm in depth. Loosen hole bottom, fill in it 4-6 kg of humus or compost, 25 g of superphosphate and 12 g of potash salt. If there is no organic chemistry, be limited to mineral fertilizers, having increased dose twice with addition of 20-30 g of ammonium nitrate. Well mix with the loosened earth. From above fill about 10 cm of the earth from the top fertile layer.
5. Dip sapling roots in the clay talker then at once lower it in hole obliquely and 7-10 cm more deeply, than it grew in nursery. Evenly distribute roots on hole width. That during powder of roots the earth between them in hole did not form emptiness, slightly stir up sapling, gradually condensing the earth. Having covered roots with earth, water landing (on 1 bush - water half-buckets). Fill up hole up to the top, make hole and again water. The code water will be absorbed, powder holes with organic mulch or the dry earth. At spring landing or in dry fall in 2-4 days repeat watering.
6. After landing cut off elevated part, having left stumps with 2-4 well developed kidneys. It is better to do it in the spring, and in the fall only to truncate escapes to 18-20 cm.
7. To protect sapling, and especially its roots, from destruction by frost, before approach of frosts hill it the earth on height to 12 cm then to zamulchiruyta thick layer the soil around it.
