Instruction
1. Stock up with drawings of future furnace. Such heating device has usually quite difficult design. 2. Prepare material for production of the furnace. The durability and quality of heating system is defined by properties of initial material. For laying of the furnace it is necessary to use the special refractory brick which does not have essential defects. The good brick has equal orange color on all surface. If to strike brick with the hammer or other metal subject, the product publishes not deaf, but equal and clear sound. For linking of bricks solution which part sand, cement and refractory clay are is used.
3. Build the base for the furnace. It is not recommended to tie the oven basis to the base of the house as the furnace can sink together with the building subsequently. In the place chosen by you dig ditch of 50-60 cm in depth. Lay layer of stones on bottom of hole and carefully stamp it. Now the base can be flooded consistently with several concrete layers. The upper part of the base is leveled on construction level.

5. Spread ranks consistently, being guided by poryadovka. Make installation of metal parts. Put on the places and fix by solution grid-iron, doors and valve. For bigger durability it is the best of all to use wire reinforcement when mounting metal elements, stacking it between brick-on-edge courses.
6. Pay special attention to flue laying. Spreading brick-on-edge courses, from time to time wipe inside face of flue rag, well the wetted in clay mortar. So you will be able to achieve that the surface became smooth that is required for effective conclusion from the furnace of products of burning and gases.
7. Make external finishing of the furnace when it is laid completely out. If brick qualitative then to revet it there is no need. But for giving of the furnace of more attractive exterior it is possible to trim it with ceramic tile, tiles or artificial stone.
