Instruction
1. You can buy the electric counter with two tariffs in outlet which specializes in sale of metering devices of the electric power or to buy it from the master whom you call for installation.
2. If you buy the electric meter, make sure that the device corresponds to state standard specification, it is allowed for use in the territory of the Russian Federation.
3. Use of counters with two tariffs allows to save on payment of the electric power at night when tariffs are significantly lower in comparison with day time. Use of power-intensive devices, washing, dish washer, heaters, ironing installations till 6 in the morning helps to save from 23 o'clock 40% of money which you would pay when using one-rate devices therefore replacement of the counter pays for itself for several months.
4. Address to the power supplying company, write the application, show the passport and documents of title of your living space and also the contract which you had signed with suppliers at connection to the central network.
5. On the basis of the shown documents you receive the resolution on replacement or installation of the counter. You can call the specialist in the electrical unit from the company of suppliers or from any other company and also agree with the familiar electrician.
6. If you independently understand electrical circuitries, then can establish and connect the two-tariff counter independently.
7. Install the electric device at the height of 80-170 cm, in the heated room or indoors where air temperature does not fall lower than 0th degrees. You carry out all connections by means of clips. Fasten the counter on specially intended guard. You can get it upon purchase of the metering device.
8. After mounting invite representatives of power sale for sealing, survey and drawing up the act on installation and commissioning.
9. Sign the new contract for payment of the electric power on the two-tariff metering device. Show the copy of the contract to the asset holder of your house.
