How to re-plan the three-room apartment

Re-planning of any apartment can be begun only after obtaining the corresponding permission in department of architecture and town planning. Instruction

1. Any change of partitions, transfer of communications, the ventilating mines, installation of additional partitions is considered re-planning, that is all that changes characteristics of the apartment which are specified in technical and cadastral data sheet.

2. To carry out lawful re-planning, file petition to department of architecture and town planning of your area. Submit your passport, documents of title of the apartment, the project of re-planning made by the licensed architect.

3. The department of architecture will issue you the act of coordination which you have to sign in local municipality, in regional department of municipal services, in fire-prevention protection, SES, at suppliers of energy resources.

4. With the act of coordination return to department of architecture. On the basis of the shown documents you will be given permission to carrying out re-planning. Process of preparation of documents takes from 6 to 24 months, terms depend on the region in which you make out permission. You should pay the considerable sums for each coordination.

5. Even obtaining permission is not the final stage. In the last turn you are obliged to address to insurance company and to issue insurance of civil liability in case your re-planning somehow will do harm to the citizens living with you in one multifamily house.

6. After obtaining all documents you can start direct re-planning which has to be carried out in strict accordance with the issued and approved project.

7. It is possible to do re-planning independently or to use services of the construction and repair organizations.

8. As soon as you finish all works, invite the commission from regional administration, representatives of fire-prevention protection and SES. On the basis of survey of the apartment will issue you the acceptance act with verdicts of the specified representatives.

9. Invite the technical engineer from BTI. Your apartment will be examined and will issue technical, cadastral data sheet according to the made changes. Then you have to address in FUGRTs, show the application, extract from the cadastral passport, the copy of the cadastral plan, the passport, documents of title for the apartment, the receipt on payment for modification of the unified register.
