Begin to remove summer fruits right after achievement of consumer maturity by them. It is rather simple to define harvesting time. Pears, apples develop the taste corresponding to grade, aroma and color.
It is rational to remove autumn and winter fruits on reaching full removable maturity when pears and apples have ripe seeds, easily separate from plodushka, get lighter coloring characteristic of this grade. At the same time do not forget, winter grades of pears and apples reach full maturity only in the period of long lezhka therefore it is necessary to move away them in the last turn.
