1. Take ferrite ring. Prepare it for further works - dull, round by means of abrasive paper sharp edges of the core outside and inside. It becomes in order that the wire has not damaged insulating laying.
2. Take fiber glass fabric, empire cloth, mylar film, the kiperny film or the paper, and reel up it on the ferrite core. This insulating laying will exclude breakdown between the primary winding and it. If the wire has thickness more than 1-2 mm, then it is more reasonable to apply kiperny tape. Also, it is possible to use the film FUM (ftoroplastovy) which is applied to sanitary works.
3. This material is convenient in operation, but ftoroplasta have cold fluidity, and in places of keen edges of ferrite ring pressure of wire can be big. Therefore, follows when using this film, to lay on edge of ring strip of paper (normal) or electric-grade cardboard. Reel up the isolating tape with overlap of the previous round next from outer end of ferrite ring. At the expense of it, outside isolation turns out two-layer, and inside - four-layer. for this work use assembly hook which can be made of bicycle needle or wire.
4. Take two pieces of copper thick wire. Manufacture the shuttle of them. Necessary length of wire of winding is equal: length of one round multiplied on quantity of rounds. Leave on small allowance and error. For example, 35 (mm) * 110 (rounds) * 1.1 (times) = 4235 (mm). The beginning of winding has to be reliably fixed. When using soldering, reliably close this place electric-grade cardboard. The ends of windings (when using soldering), also isolate electric-grade cardboard and cotton threads. Fasten the ends of threads with rosin drop.
5. Take the isolating tape. Reel up it in two layers on the primary winding. It reliably isolates secondary chains from lighting network. At application of wire with a diameter more than 1 mm, it is better to apply kiperny tape.
