Constant and temporary registration is regulated by the Russian Federation Government decree at number 713. All citizens of the Russian Federation and also the foreign citizens who have got the residence permit in the territory of the Russian Federation in FMS are obliged to register in seven-day time on place of residence or in the place of temporary stay. For this purpose it is necessary to address to regional migration service with documents.
It is required to you
- - passport;
- - statement;
- - receipt on payment for registration;
- - the birth certificate, permission from the second parent, the reference from place of residence of the second parent (for children if they are registered to one of parents);
- - permission from the owner or owners (if not your apartment);
- - certificate on property (warrant, employment contract);
- - departure leaf (if it is).
Instruction
1. That to register in the apartment which you have registered under the ownership address to migration service which works in each regional police station or in ZhEU if in staff of the asset holder of the house there is passport office.
2. Fill in the application form on the form of the unified form, show the all-civil passport, the receipt on payment for registration, departure leaf from former place of residence if you make out constant registration.
3. Also you are obliged to show the certificate on property on living space. If the apartment is issued on you, and to it members of your family are registered, then you have to give the written permission for registration in the presence of the employee of migration service. If or other citizens you cannot personally be present at registration of members of your family, then permission to registration is necessary notarial.
4. If you have no departure leaf, that is you were not struck off the registration register, but at the same time wish to receive constant registration to the new address, then the authorized employee of migration service will make request still to place of residence. You will be automatically struck off the registration register, and you will be able to issue constant registration to the new address.
5. For registration of minor citizens permission to registration from the homeowner is not required. All citizens up to 18 years can be put on constant registration accounting on place of residence of the parents or one of parents. That is if you have issued registration on permission of the homeowner, then have the right to register the child to yourself without someone's permission. But you are obliged to show notarial permission from the second parent if you do not live together and the reference from place of residence from the second parent that the child is not registered there.
6. For registration of temporary registration on the residence show the passport, fill out the application form. Temporary registration is carried out for the terms specified in the statement and on their expiration automatically stops. That is further you can even not be struck off the registration register.
