Practically in each house there is old furniture. It and huge buffet in kitchen, and oval or round dining table, grandmother's chairs and bedside tables. Instead of old, bulky and unfashionable furniture it is bought modern and practical. There is question what to do with old furniture? Do not hurry to send it to the dacha or, at worst, to garbage can! It is a little imagination, free time and your efforts – and your furniture will have the second life!

- Fabric for upholstery, scissors, self-tapping screws, the stapler, buttons, varnish just for decoration, abrasive paper, paint, thick glass, pebble, fir-tree daisy.
Instruction
1. New life chair. Pick up in drapery material for upholstery. Sort chair, remove from it upholstery. By the sizes of old upholstery make pattern on paper. Take new upholstery fabric and transfer pattern contours to inner side. Do not forget to leave allowance for seams on 1.5 cm. Thus make patterns of 2 parts of chair back. Sew two parts of pattern, without sewing one party. Turn out on face side. Dress the turned-out cover on chair back and by means of the stapler fix not sewn up party. Tuck edges inside. On fabric depict seat contour, make allowance on 3 cm from each party. Cut part, apply on seat and fix by the stapler. In upholstery of back and seat accurately make openings for screws. Fix edges by the stapler. Collect chair.
2. Updating of bedside table. By means of small abrasive paper skim (varnish). It is also possible to use special liquid for removal of varnish from furniture. Wipe surface with damp rag. Put one layer of primer and let's it dry. If for painting of bedside table you use acrylic paint, then you should not ground surface. Put one coat of paint. Be defined what pattern you would like to see on bedside table. By means of construction glue paste buttons on bedside table on pattern. If on table-top there is pattern from buttons, then for its preservation it is possible to order glass in the size of table-top and to fix it by screws for mirrors.
3. "Old-new" table. Cut glass in the table-top size. Use the thickest glass that not to break it. Process on the one hand abrasive paper. Achieve opaque effect. From plates collect table-top framework, fasten them with self-tapping screws. Attach the turned-out box on old table-top. Varnish all table and let's it dry. In box fill pebbles and lay chaotically fir-tree daisy. It is better to use light-emitting diode. Attach electric cord from daisy to table leg. Establish glass on surface by means of screws for mirrors. The table is ready!
