When replacing or preponderating door of the fridge it should be removed. Irrespective of unit design when performing similar works it is necessary to use the catalog of parts and assembly elements on specific model of the fridge. At removal of door it is necessary to observe accuracy and in accuracy to adhere to the sequence of works.
Instruction
1. Deenergize the fridge, having disconnected it from network. Remove the serving plane.
2. Holding door, turn off bolts which fix the top loop of door. When performing operation it is desirable to use the help of the workmate. Now remove the top loop. Remove door.
3. If removal of door is made for its preponderating, turn off loop axis. Establish axis in the new place of fastening (on opposite top side of cabinet).
4. Incline the fridge. Turn off bolts which fix to the unit bracket of the lower loop. Remove loop. Establish axis of the lower loop in the new place of fastening. If installation works are performed not for preponderating, and for replacement of door, it is possible to dismantle door, having just weakened loop bracket, not removing it.
5. Fix the lower loop on the opposite side of the fridge.
6. On the lower loop establish door. Enter axis of the top loop into the top sleeve of door and fix loop.
7. Check correctness of adjustment of door. If it leaky adjoins to cabinet, eliminate gaps with adjustment of fastening elements.
8. Establish the serving plane.
9. When dismantling doors of the two- or three-chambered fridge the sequence of actions changes a little: in the beginning make dismantling of the top door in the described sequence, then in the same way remove door of the lower office.
10. At removal and preponderating of doors in fridges with the rounded door in cover of the control unit of the adjusting plane truncate cylindrical glass by means of file (it is in the place of fastening).
11. If you make preponderating of door (doors), do not forget to move door handles to the opposite side. If at transfer it has become clear that the thread of mounting screws is damaged, by means of the corresponding tap restore thread on insert, and replace the screw with new.
