Doing manicure, you are not insured from accidental drop of varnish which foully falls on your clothes and leaves bright spot. If to you there was such trouble, do not hurry to be upset: to remove varnish and to give to things the original form will not be special efforts.
It is required to you
- - acetone;
- - cotton wool;
- - towel or tissue;
- - laundry soap;
- - butter;
- - alcohol;
- - turpentine;
- - ammonia solution;
- - knife.
Instruction
1. Spots from varnish can be removed by means of acetone, but before to do it, check whether solvent influence will keep fabric. Moisten small cotton tampon with solvent and rub it fabric from inner side (it is better to do it on seam). If fabric in a few minutes has not crept away and has not changed color, then can safely start removal of spot.
2. To remove spot from varnish the easiest if it is fresher. Put fabric spot down on tissue or towel. The cotton wool, the wetted in acetone, blot spot, pounding it a little. Change vatu as often as possible. When varnish descends, wash thing in soap and very hot water. Instead of acetone it is possible to use turpentine or alcohol.
3. If the spot old, then for its removal is several ways. Smear spot with butter or laundry soap and leave for 20-30 minutes then try to scratch off it by means of knife. Apply a little turpentine on the remained varnish, mixed with ammonia solution. Through 1-1.5 when varnish begins to be dissolved, wash the soiled place with strong soda solution.
4. If in the house there are no turpentine and ammonia solution, use acetone or liquid for varnish removal. In small saucer pour solvent (better if it is mixed with alcohol in ratio 1:2), lower the soiled part of clothes there and wait 30-40 minutes. Rinse fabric soap solution. If all spot did not manage to be removed, repeat the procedure from the very beginning.
