1. If foam has got on clothes, it is possible to clean it completely as at once, and after its drying. It is important to use specially intended for this means. Do not use solvents and acetone as together with dissolution there is penetration of residues of foam into fabric, and then under the influence of sunshine of spot will be shown in yellow color.
2. Cleaning powder and soap solution will also not help with this situation. Here it is necessary to use special cleaner of polyurethane foam.
3. Before applying cleaner, try to remove as much as possible foam with knife accurately. Be attentive, do not damage fabric. Carefully shake up the container with cleaner and process places of pollution.
4. Be careful: acetone therefore it is not necessary to rub the soiled site of fabric is part of cleaner. Leave for 15-20 minutes. When polyurethane foam is softened, accurately remove it with clean sponge, and it is better brush, moving on fabric grain direction.
5. In case foam is not removed completely, it is recommended to repeat the procedure of cleaning again. Pay attention whether fabric is damaged. If everything is all right, it is possible to increase time of use of cleaner. If fabric spoils – reduce time. After full cleaning of surface, wipe it with damp rag or wash with warm water.
6. If pollution old, and from the moment of hit on clothes has taken place several hours and more, it is recommended to use special cleaner for the stiffened foam, however it is necessary to apply it with bigger care because of its structure as its basic purpose – removal of the dried-up foam from firm surfaces. It is unknown how the painted surface will behave. Follow recommendations, and you will get rid of spots both the fresh, and stiffened polyurethane foam.
