The majority of modern gas-fires is equipped with removable turning gears that significantly simplifies process of operation, care for the equipment and also facilitates replacement of handles in case of their failure.

Instruction
1. Before works on dismantling of separate parts of gas-fire block valve of supply of gas and disconnect the gas hose going from plate. All actions need to be made in protective gloves as that is demanded by safety measures.
2. Check that all handles of gas-fire have been installed in the shutdown mode. To remove the plate handle, delay it on yourself a little and slowly pull out from groove. In modern models of gas-fires the rotary handles consist of round cylinder, washer nozzle on which divisions, and the spring connecting cylinder and washer are applied. It is necessary to remove the handle accurately that not to break not it. Otherwise it will be necessary to buy and establish new turning gear.
3. Put all turning gears needing cleaning in the container with hot water. Add small amount of the washing solution. Experts recommend to use special means for cleaning of kitchen stoves or normal soap solution. It is undesirable to wash rotary handles with the medicines containing chlorine as they can damage the enameled covering and inscriptions on the handle.
4. Rotary handles have to stand some time in water that the household dirt which has accumulated on them, old spots of fat and other pollution have departed. In process of pollution, water needs to be changed. Soft toothbrush clean handles from all directions, especially hard-to-reach spots (reliefs, gaps, notches).
5. Carefully remove pollution from those sites of the control panel of gas-fire where rotary handles have been installed. Let's handles of plate and surface dry out well, then accurately install removable mechanisms on the former place.
6. Connect hose to plate, open supply of gas and check correctness of installation of parts. If the rod of the handle has come into groove not up to the end, it will not work. Eliminate flaws. Now it is possible to use gas-fire.
