When performing repair work one of the biggest problems, as a rule, arises during removal of old covering or material. So it happens also to old tiled glue. Instruction
1. If you want to remove tiled glue from tile, then recommend to do it in two stages. The first - dry cleaning. You make it by means of special construction grater. At the time of performance of work you hold the tool at right angle to actually surface of tile. You drive grater on diagonal not to tear off covering in seams between tile. Do not forget that it is necessary to clean off tiled glue at once until it has managed to dry and harden yet.
2. After dry cleaning give time I glue to dry up then start the second stage. Now delete residues of glue by means of warm water and sponge. Accurately moisten surface and wipe with circular motions. So, gradually you will get rid of all imperfections.
3. If you have tarried and at once have not removed glue from surface therefore it has hardened, then use special means. Such, such as, the construction concentrated liquids or powders intended especially for such works. Part them according to the instruction specified on packing and then put on pollution and carefully remove surplus of construction material.
4. It is possible to try to remove glue and just mechanically - by means of the palette. However it is necessary to do it very carefully. Otherwise it is possible just to spoil tile surface.
5. It is possible to remove glue from surface of tile and by means of ordinary vinegar. It is necessary to erase very accurately, strongly do not rub, otherwise you will scratch tile, and repair should be redone anew.
6. If you have noticed residues of glue on wall after you have removed old tile, then try to clean off them by means of means for concrete washing off. To tear off by means of tools it is useless - you can spoil surface, having organized on it cracks and chips. If to use special liquid, removal of residues of glue will be uniform and will take place much more softly.
