Monolithic concrete slabs by right are recognized as the most economical and universal type of floors. However in process of operation such floor wears out too and its surface layer begins to demand repair. There is need to eliminate the scrapes and cracks causing dust emergence. It can cope with such task to modern polyurethane materials.

- - cement;
- - solvent;
- - bulk polyurethane floors;
- - sealant.
1. For repair of concrete floor use bulk polyurethane floors. The compound which is their part forms the layer resistant to abrasion, blows and penetration of liquid. Clean concrete floor. Put the first – priming coat. For its preparation part with universal solvent on third polyurethane compound. Fill in with the received solution floor and evenly distribute the velor roller. No more than 0.8 l of material are spent for square meter of floor.
2. After creation of priming coat which will protect from destruction and will remove dust from surface put the second layer. For preparation take it compound with filler from quartz sand. Then for strengthening of covering create finishing layer. It represents compound without filler. Such covering will allow you to operate not less than 10 years concrete floor.
3. Sometimes such problem as distribution of cracks in concrete meets. Most likely, it became result of violation of technology of mounting of floor. If width of cracks reaches 0.5 cm, process them the sealant applied to consolidation of seams which part polyurethane is too. Previously having cleaned cracks and slots from dust, process them special primer and put sealant. Carefully rub it to regions, and then remove surplus by means of the palette, at the same time leveling surface. Cover the processed slots and cracks for the period of drying of sealant for protection against hit of dirt and dust.
4. If cracks occupy the big space, to cover it with sealant completely it can appear it is too expensive. In similar cases it is better to use materials for epoxy and polyurethane bulk floors. Fill hollows and cracks with the compound mixed with cement and polish them to the level of surrounding floor. Having cleaned floor from dust, put the priming coat representing the compound mixed with hardener, the special solvent to half divorced. Not earlier, than in hour, put one or two layers of polyurethane compound. Leave for hardening for three days.
