- the screw-driver, nippers, the phase indicator, ohmmeter, controlka – the 100 W electrolamp in the boss with the connected wires, spare rings.
Instruction
1. First of all, remove the cooking panel with rings. In most cases, this panel opens like cover, for this purpose it is enough to turn off 2 antirotation bolts on side panels and to lift it for first line.
2. Having got access inside, clean internal space from dust. Before it, surely disconnect feed wire from network. To collect dust, best of all, by means of the vacuum cleaner. Thus, perhaps, you will reduce active losses of the electric power since dust is conductor, and its conductivity only increases in damp state
3. Attentively examine the wires going from controllers to rings. Replace the damaged wires, unusable connectors. For isolation of connections of wires, use only heat-resistant dielectric tubules.
4. By means of the phase indicator, make sure that in the socket for electric stove there is tension and by means of controlka, make sure that the feeding chain is serviceable.
5. Having finished cleaning, connect the network connector to network. By means of the phase indicator, look whether power supply comes to controllers of rings and oven. If is not present, disconnect electric stove and sort network fork. Fault is either in fork, or in network wire. Find unreliable connection and correct it. In case of fault of supply cable, replace it similar.
6. Now, when power supply moves on controllers, include in turn each mode of ring and by means of the phase indicator, make sure that tension moves on the outputs of the controller.
7. By means of ohmmeter, check integrity of spirals of ring. For this purpose, disconnect wires from ring and check resistance of each heating coil. If necessary, replace non-working rings.
8. To remove ring, turn off the central nut, remove the pressure plate, disconnect wires and take ring.
9. Installation of new ring is made upside-down. Make sure that all connections are reliable, only after that it is possible to collect plate.
10. After replacement of rings, calcinate them in turn, including them on the mode of ultimate power on 3-5minut that from them the preserving oil has evaporated.
