It is required to you
- - patch from fabric identical to tent;
- - water-repellent structure;
- - thick strong threads;
- - needle with wide ear;
- - glue;
- - thermoglue.
Instruction
1. Clean off from pollution and smooth the damaged site of fabric of tent.
2. Pick up and cut out patch cloth from the fabric, the closest on properties and structure to tent material, and also, suitable on color.
3. Process patch fabric water-repellent structure.
4. Impose cloth over the damaged site of tent, press more feasibly.
5. Pass thread in needle and make seam on all perimeter of cloth of patch.
6. Achieve full tightness of tent by means of glue. Special and very reliable glue for patch of tent can be made the hands. For this purpose take film triplex and cut it small pieces, then dissolve it in solvent No. 647 by means of water bath. After dissolution of film add solvent until glue does not thicken. Cool solution and you apply it on patch for tent by means of brush. For ensuring full water tightness, repeat the procedure several times with intervals seven minutes. From one square meter of film about 300 grams of glue will turn out.
7. At formation of small hole, use thermoglue. Attentively read the instruction for its use, heat to necessary temperature and process the damaged opening from internal and outer side of tent.
8. When the tent has torn on seam, sew up it by means of strong thick thread and needle with wide ear. As well as in the previous cases, miss the mark seam with the glue prepared by the hands or thermoglue.
