1. It is desirable to replace Amaryllises every year, at most each two years. It is necessary for change of soil in pots on more feeder and for stimulation of more magnificent and long blossoming. Amaryllis bulbs, especially during blossoming, extend all nutrients from the soil. In turn, they try not for themselves, and for peduncles. Therefore all power supply is given to flowers, and are exhausted and after blossoming decrease in sizes.
2. Secret of blossoming of Amaryllis – close pot. In close ware the Amaryllises blossom more willingly whereas in spacious pot of blossoming it is possible not to wait at all. After the Amaryllis has faded, its peduncles are cut off (it is possible to cut off flowers and to put in vase even at the beginning of blossoming, then the bulb will not so be exhausted and it can stimulate emergence of one more peduncle). Then the bulb of Amaryllis is taken from the soil. Accurately roots look round. It is not necessary to cut off the root system of Amaryllis at change, but if you have noticed the damaged, dried up, decayed or sick backs, they need to be removed, having powdered cuts with powder of cinnamon or activated carbon.

After change pot with plant water room temperature and put on light window to the warm room.
