1. Kliviya asks from the owner not and much: good place, rest and moisture. The windowsills coming to east or to West side perfectly will be suitable for cultivation of kliviya. 2. For the full-fledged growth of plant, its development and also for blossoming the kliviya needs providing dormant period. This time gets for the beginning of October – the end of November. During this period the plant needs to provide temperature in limits 12-14os, to reduce the number of waterings. Only the well rested copy is capable to give life to flowers, and the kliviya long enough blossoms 3-4 weeks. Without rest the inflorescence can be tied too, but there will be it quite poor.
3. The plant does not love change. However at the expanded bush the roots begin to stick out over soil. It is the first sign that more spacious pot is necessary.
4. Change it is worth carrying out time in 2-3 years. It is possible to replace kliviya only after blossoming. Best of all for this purpose March – will approach April. The pot a little more than previous will be suitable for the new dwelling of kliviya. Kliviya does not love big pots, she quite comfortably feels in narrowness.
5. The first and main objective is to pick up the soil correctly. It has to be friable and subacidic. Best of all mix from the cespitose soil, peat and humus in the ratio 2:1:1 will approach. It will be useful to add to mix a little (in calculation 1 tablespoon on kilogram) mix of slowly operating phosphoric fertilizers, for example, of superphosphate.
6. Kliviya roots juicy and fleshy. They can transfer very badly change, here to be tiresome extremely careful not to damage any back, otherwise, after change the rhizome will decay. If you after all have broken back, it is better to process at once remained ashes, pounded coal will also approach. It will prevent rotting.
