It is better to trust repair of difficult household appliances to which the washing machine belongs to professionals and to make in special workshop. However if you have some knowledge and feel in yourself forces most to cope with breakage, for example, replacement of the bearing, then for this purpose it is necessary to perform accurately and carefully all operations when dismantling and mounting.
It is required to you
- - screw-drivers: normal and figured;
- - combination pliers;
- - keys on 17 and on 19;
- - edge heads on 7, 8, 10, 13;
- - hexagon on 6;
- - hammer;
- - tap wrench of candle automobile key or similar.
Instruction
1. Disconnect the washing machine from network and water supply system. Prepare workplace. It has to have good lighting. Remove top cover, having turned off two bolts and having pulled it on itself. Dismantle back cover. Set aside it aside. Remove the drive belt. Deploy the machine and remove rubber casing from front wall, having unclenched the screw-driver the lock of collar and removing it.
2. Turn the washing machine to yourself backside. Accurately disconnect all wires of the electric motor and heating coil, remove the grounding terminal. Remove the connector from the engine, having released the fixing latch. Disconnect branch pipes from drum casing, weakening collars by means of screw-drivers and head on 7. Top pull out with small effort up, having turned off the self-tapping screw which fixes the level sensor to casing. Take the thermal sensor, having pushed out it through branch pipe opening. Disconnect shock-absorbers, using as levers two keys on 17 and on 19. Do not forget to drown uvula on the sleeve.
3. Remove drum from springs. As rather heavy, use assistance. Take head on 13 and disconnect front counterbalance. The screw-driver carefully raise it. Turn off engine attachment and remove it, shifting forward.
4. Take hexagon on 6 and turn off pulley. Remove back counterbalance. The screw-driver which use as the lever, remove accurately counterbalance from guides. Remove Teng. Remove the gland the screw-driver. Remove stopper ring with combination pliers. Take the hammer and beat out the bearing through tap wrench of candle key of the car or similar, evenly and slightly tapping on its perimeter of the bearing. Make assembly of the machine in the return sequence. Grease the new bearing before installation with special heat-resistant lubricant.
