Household appliances belong to the category of technically difficult goods therefore rules of its return differ from those that work for normal things. In particular, you cannot return household appliances to shop under that pretext that it just was not pleasant to you.
Instruction
1. There is list No. 55 of manufactured goods of appropriate quality which are not subject to return to shop. Make sure whether your household appliances enter this list. The household machinery and appliances, photo and cinema the equipment, phones, the electromusical equipment, electronic toys is mentioned in it.
2. In case you have found fault, study list No. 575. In it household appliances which can be returned to the seller only in case of detection of essential technical failures are listed. Ineradicable breakages or defects which can be corrected only at incommensurable expenses or expenses of time belong to them. Those which are shown repeatedly even after repair also belong to essential shortcomings.
3. You will not be able to return or exchange the fridge and the freezing chamber, the washing machine, the computer with shortcomings which just cause you inconveniences. In this case only free warranty repair is provided. For example, when it seems to you that the washing machine works it is too noisy, it will not be possible to return or exchange it in shop. And in case it does not carry out the assignment – does not erase or erases badly - it is already possible to refer to list No. 575.
4. When after signing of the act of acceptance or the contract you have brought goods home and have found physical defect – crack or defect of the body, chip or dent - to prove that it happened not through your fault, you, most likely, will not manage. But you can order independent examination which will prove that defect, for example, of monthly prescription, and the equipment is acquired a week ago. It will become argument for refund.
5. You can return household appliances unpacked and without check. The document on purchase of goods can quite be condition for this purpose. Testimony which you can show as the proof of the purchase in court usually are not considered as rather convincing argument. The contract or the issued warranty card – arguments more reliable.
