Instruction
1. Prepare black roofing iron prior to works. For this purpose purify it from rust with brush on metal, degrease gasoline or wash with laundry detergent. Then cover with soil - natural drying oil with minium from two parties. It is connected with the fact that further the ready roof is painted only outside. Connect flashing sheets among themselves folded joint: lying or standing.
2. Make for ordinary covering of roof of picture — part of roofing covering which has prepared edges for folded joint. Make them compound of two sheets if sheets less than 1.5 — 2.0 m long.
3. Put leaf on edge of workbench and put with the scriber the line for bending of faltsevy edge, holding with hand that it was not displaced. Then make mall on its corners after risk two beacon-type bendings. The leaf will be recorded now that will be felt at once. Then after risk gradually unbend all edge, invert it and mall dump the unbent edge on the plane. Having prepared thus two leaves, connect in the lock which condense with mall. For reliability, cut fold the hammer or metal level. Prepare edges of standing fold in the same way, using grebnegib, but it is possible to make it and two hammers.
4. Spread out pictures in ranks in the direction from the fad to trench. Then to the first in the first row strips put the second, hooking on the top bending for the lower bending previous, etc. Connect pictures among themselves lying folds, using steel strip of 5х60 mm for consolidation. In the place of connection of pictures in ready strip straighten edges for standing folds. It is necessary to pass all ordinary strips through the fad so that after cutting there was opportunity to unbend ridge edge on height of 60 mm on one slope, and on another - 30 mm.
5. Dump standing folds of ordinary covering which enter to edges and on roof ridge, towards small bending approximately on 80 - 100 mm, make small allowances. Strengthen strip at the fad nail for small bending, verify its situation with the help of cord.
6. Record ordinary strip longwise of small bending, having tightened it it is dense to furring klyammer (tin strips 40 mm wide). Put the last at the rate of two and more on each party of leaf at distance of 600 mm. Nail up them to side edges of bars of furring, having bent on edge of small bending.
7. Arrange adjacent ordinary strips on slope so that the shift of lying folds in pictures was not less than 50 mm. For this purpose cut on 50 mm each even strip at the fad and cut off the front ordinary page of adjacent slope lengthways. Connect ordinary strips unary standing fold grebnegiby and mall. For this purpose become facing the fad and move in the direction from the fad to eaves. Bring bending scraper of grebnegib closely to small bending, they have to be at one level.
