If you need practical and very easy roof with the original impressive drawing, choose flexible tile. It is not subject to burning, temperature drops and corrosion. Besides, it can be mounted independently.
It is required to you
- - wooden flooring;
- - sheets of tile;
- - roofing nails;
- - metal eaves;
- - bituminous glue.
Instruction
1. Laying of flexible tile will require the firm equal basis. For its creation roof wooden flooring or plywood. Cover the basis with the lining carpet allowing to close all slots and joints through which water can get.
2. At first cover one it is sloping roofs. Roll roll lengthways, beginning from below. Then level on edge, having cut off surplus of carpet at the edges. Fix cover by special nails which hat has diameter of 8 mm. Otherwise, the nail will pass material through, having damaged it. Covering the second slope of roof, stack the following sheet of lining carpet with an overlap. Glue edges with bituminous glue. Thickness of the put adhesive layer should not exceed 1 mm that the covering was not dissolved.
3. For protection against dampness of faces use metal eaves. Be attentive at their mounting as for side and lower edges different eaves are necessary. That water did not flow by pediment part of roof, for side edges mount eaves with the special side serving for water slope down.
4. When everything is ready, start laying of the tile. In different packings the shade and the invoice of tile can differ a little. To make difference imperceptible, mix tile from different packings. It is not necessary to apply glue on sheets, it is necessary to remove protective only. And here glue needs to be applied on joints. Their additional gluing will protect from moisture penetration. After putting glue in these parts, level it scraper.
5. Begin to spread tile from bottom edge of roof. Frame it with the ridge and eaves tile which does not have lobes at the edges. Fix, driving in nails on the upper edge of tile. Imposing the first row of tile with lobes, recede from the roof edge of 10 mm that, having stretched, the tile did not play for the roof edge.
6. Join the subsequent sheets to previous, combining the tooth which is specially provided for this purpose at face. Stack sheets so that lobes of top closed fastenings and joints of lower. Cover top of roof with tile without lobes. Separate leaf into several parts and fix by nails with an overlap, like fish scales.
