1. Use hypocardboard sheets which width no more than 60 centimeters. At the same time you remember that at thickness of 12.5 millimeters, the minimum bend radius is 1000 millimeters. If uses gypsum cardboard with a section of 9 millimeters, respectively, curve equally to 500 millimeters. With reduction of thickness the radius decreases.
2. Prepare template on which will occur it is flexible gypsum plasterboard. For this purpose cut sidewalls which will provide necessary radius. Make form less than the original. On gypsum cardboard mark and cut from it spacing plates which will determine surface width. Collect design by means of screws and wooden bars.
