- - saw gantry;
- - crenulate saw;
- - fret saw;
- - adhesive tape;
- - ruler;
- - file;
- - brush;
- - polyurethane.
Instruction
1. Measure the necessary length of table-top. Paste adhesive tape over the site which will be sawn off that the table-top has not broken up at sawing. Put it on saw gantry and saw crenulate saw or file with "the return tooth".
2. When using circular saw or normal wood saw saw table-top from reverse side in order to avoid formation of chips. Process the cut edge file. If it is necessary to make table-top of unusual form, bring material to furniture workshop that it was sawn on the special equipment.
3. Establish table-top. Note on its lower part the place for washing. Remove table-top, invert washing and apply it to lower face of table-top.
4. Circle washing with pencil on edge. Remove washing and draw line of cut in already carried out marking.
5. Make in table-top opening for washing on marking. It is convenient to make it, having put it on saw gantry face side down. Drill openings with a diameter of ten millimeters in four places of the line of cut.
6. Cut the fret saw on the planned line opening for washing. Smooth out the cut edge file and apply on it polyurethane layer.
7. Having left table-top on saw gantry face side down, establish washing in the planned place, having fixed it according to the mounting instruction. Remove table-top with the fixed washing and establish it on table and floor cabinet. Further it is possible to mount plumbing for washing.
