1. Decide on what you need space of this room for that you are going to do in it. In our small-sized apartments often there are not enough rooms for the equipment even of the certain bedroom what to speak about offices and libraries. Think over what premises you can combine in one so that not to prevent members of household to go about to everyone the own business. So or game it is better to carry sleeping zone and recreation area after all on different rooms, but it is possible to unite workplace and the dining room.
2. Think over basic colors for each zone, enter them into interior by means of walls, textiles, different furniture and knickknacks, different in color. Colors can be used both similar at each other, and contrast. Successful example of color zoning is use of drawings or ornaments.
3. Think over different lighting for each zone: the wall and floor lamps, small lamps which are built in ceiling, the chandelier for kitchen which is going down from ceiling - now there are a lot of various light devices.
4. Look at room geometry. Perhaps, there will be successful decision to zone space, using already available arches, columns, ledges and deepenings of walls, split-level ceilings, etc. It is possible to apply in addition such structural components as eaves or stucco molding.
5. After all, it is possible to use partitions for aquariums). It is possible to partition off space conditionally, having just separated the room, for example, sofa or in couple of chairs put not at wall, and perpendicular to it.
