In each house in which appearance of the kid is expected there is preparation for this joyful event long before. The baby spends the first months of life in dream therefore any parent is concerned by question of the choice of bed linen for the kid. What can be better, than sew it the hands, besides it will not make big work and there is possibility of the choice of coloring and quality of material.
- Material, scissors, measuring tool, sewing machine.
1. For a start make measurements of mattress, pillow and blanket, the bedding set consists of these elements. Then count amount of fabric and think how it is better to make cutting, for material economy
2. To sew blanket cover, make pattern by the blanket sizes. From each party leave allowances for seams, enough from 0.5 to 1 cm of fabric are normal for these purposes. Cut under blanket in blanket cover it is possible to arrange as in the middle, and with any of the parties on each side. Edges of section can be decorated with lace, embroidery or openwork ribbons. Put the found elements of blanket cover the faces and stitch on perimeter. Process edges "zigzag".
3. The pattern for sheet becomes 10-20 cm more than the size of mattress. Do not forget to sheathe all edges, and to press seams.
4. For tailoring of pillowcase it is necessary to make pattern 1 cm more than the size of pillow from three parties, and with the fourth, for design of the valve, - on 10 cm.
