The blanket with artificial filler has many advantages before cotton and down fellows. The Sinteponovy blanket is much easier cotton, it is simpler to erase it, than down and it very quickly dries. Sintepon - neutral material also does not cause allergies. Besides, it can be contracted and taken very densely in campaign, places it takes very little.
- - Sintepon longwise and blanket width;
- - Fabric – 2 areas of blanket + allowances for seams;
- - Tailor's ruler and square;
- - Sewing machine, needles, threads;
- - Scissors.
1. Determine length and width of blanket. From piece of sintepon you will find rectangle of the necessary size. It is possible to sew multilayered blanket – then you need 2-3 times more sintepon. If width of sintepon is less than width of future blanket, will find still strip of the necessary size and sew to the main piece frequent seam "needle forward". The additional piece can and be pristrochit, but it is not obligatory. Make the same also with all other layers.
2. Put at each other all pieces of sintepon, having combined edges. If somewhere the edge acts – straighten, but you watch not to cut off superfluous. Sweep away pieces together on diagonals seam "needle forward". Stitches can be large. Sweep away laying of blanket on edge.
3. You will find from fabric 2 rectangles, on the area equal to blanket. Do not forget about allowances for seams. Just as at laying cutting out, sew together pieces of fabric if width of blanket is more than width of material. Sostrochite pieces, having put them the faces inside.
4. Put both panels the faces to each other. Stitch together them on the one hand longwise, then on width and again longwise, having left not sewn up one short party. Turn out the turned-out cover and iron. Insert into it laying from sintepon. Pin laying by pins, having carefully combined the parties of laying with side seams of cover. Bend inside cuts of not sewn up party and pristrochita, taking laying.
5. Stitch blanket on all side seams, taking laying. Plan the line at distance of 5-10 cm from all edges and stitch it once again. Plan several vertical or horizontal lines and quilt on them blanket. Lines can be also inclined planes and make some pattern.
