Holes on clothes, especially children's, appear with enviable regularity. Art of imperceptible darning which will save both favourite dress, and children's socks not each hostess owns. But there is nothing impossible – a little patience and the thing prepared on emission still will serve very long.
Instruction
1. Sew up direct gap on fine fabric from inner side, having laid fabric on rigid plain surface. At first walk seam "needle forward" and cut off the sticking-out threads. Then sew up gap with small stitches. Steam seam through gauze.
2. Fabrics of jersey darn special "knitted seam". That the seam was imperceptible, pick up thread which completely corresponds to fabric. It is ideal if there is opportunity, to pull out thread from edge of product, for example from allowance for seams or podgib of bottom.
3. If on knitted cloth the loop is lowered, then use special needle-petleulovitelem. For repair of prophetic large tying use hook. Lifting loops, you monitor the drawing – try to repeat it completely. Fix the last eyelet on reverse by several stitches.
4. Sew up velveteen from reverse, then accurately straighten pile. Also arrive with velvet and other fabrics with pile. For strengthening of seam from reverse to priutyuzhta interlining piece.
5. Sew up fabrics of type of tweed with the thread which is pulled out from allowance for seams. Try to repeat initial interlacing of fabric, it will make darning almost imperceptible. Such way is suitable for all dense "heavy" fabrics.
6. For darning of socks use special fungus. Densely pull product and sew up across hole with frequent stitches, taking fabric on 3 mm. Darn small hole as well as normal fabric.
