2. For a start it is necessary to take one strip of vinyl and by means of the stapler to beat it face side to door surface. It is carried out in such a way that it comes on door, approximately on 3-4 centimeters. If on door there is scarf, it is the best of all to beat the roller from it. If box locks, then it is necessary to begin from the middle of the long party. It is necessary to upholster with leatherette strips all perimeter of door. Only after that it is possible to start foam rubber laying. It needs to be cut strips about 10 centimeters wide in advance. By means of steplen it is necessary to fix strips on door cloth. Material then needs to be twisted and beaten so that the received roller stuck out on 1-3 centimeters. The roller is ready.
3. After that we pass to measurement of the received distance between the inner edges of the roller. We cut out foam rubber. It is necessary to take away from these sizes on one centimeter from each party. We fix foam rubber on door cloth by means of the stapler.
4. It was necessary only to make upholstery of the main surface. For this purpose it is necessary to take piece of dermantin for corner and to tuck edges on 5-6 centimeters. The corner needs to be put at door so that material slightly came on the roller. For fixing it is the best of all to use finishing nails. After that it is necessary to take the second top corner, to tuck it, to pull and fix a little by finishing nail. The piece of leatherette has to lay down exactly.
