1. Study properties of professional flooring and its features. Such covering represents the pro-thinned-out sheets of metal. Each leaf has complex structure: in the beginning there is thin sheet steel on which anticorrosion coating from zinc is applied. More expensive models have the polymeric covering allowing to protect even more qualitatively material from influence of the external environment. Sheets usually have wavy or trapezoid profile.
2. Prepare rafter system, having laid on it moisture barrier. Press isolation to rafters narrow wooden rails which will provide availability of the free ventilation space necessary for functioning of professional flooring and air exchange.
3. Execute also warming of roof if you equip it over premises, for example over penthouse. For this purpose widely use sheets of expanded polystyrene or plate of mineral wool. 5. You pass to direct laying of professional flooring. Sheets stack from the lower part of roof, moving ahead up. Mounting sheets, leave horizontal and vertical allowance. Each roof unit fix roofing self-tapping screws with special washer, installing them in the lower shelf of profile. On square meter about 6-8 fastening elements leave. Places of joints are recommended to be processed silicone sealant.
6. When laying professional flooring follow certain rules and security measures. If the roof has considerable bias, use safety barriers, special ropes or assembly belt for insurance. At height perform works in soft footwear which will not be able to damage front surface of roofing material. It will be rather difficult to close up the scratches which have developed on material subsequently.
