2. For a start fill heating services with water. For this purpose take the make-up pump and send it to the return highway. In warm season, water has to be cold, in cold months when temperature falls lower than 1 degree, it is necessary to heat liquid to +20. It will allow to avoid freezing of pipes. Do not forget to close all spuskny latches and cranes and to open inflation valves which have to be twirled right after emergence of the first water. However having waited for several minutes, again open them to let out the air. After that leave heating services in hours.
3. You pass to molding of heating services. This process is meant as check of all equipment on durability and density of adherence. Only this way it is possible to find places of leakage. To execute molding, lift pressure in heating services by means of compressed air or water column. You hold this pressure within 10-15 minutes then establish working pressure. Monitor all changes by means of the manometer.
4. Washing of heating services will become the last step. It is necessary to get rid of dirt which has got to pipes during installation works. For a start connect heating services to the water line and lift pressure to 4 bars, open drainages. Wait until easy suspensions are removed. After that pump normal water which will finally wash away all pollution in the pipeline.
