The executed records are approved by the signature of the expert of commission of experts and stamp. 3. Receive copy of "The act of full engineering certification of the elevator" and the other documents regulating safe operation of the elevator at commission of experts. Among these documents "Contract on Insurance of Responsibility for Infliction of Harm", "Provision on the Organization of Production Control", the order on assignment of the responsible expert and other documents.
4. According to "Rules of registration of objects in the state register of hazardous production facilities" register object on which the lift equipment will be operated.
