At construction of various constructions (buildings, roads) and in decorative registration of rooms different types of tile are widely applied. Irrespective of whether the slabs is paving or facing, certain requirements are imposed to its storage before use. At violation of conditions of the correct storage the tile can lose presentation, and at worst becomes completely unsuitable for the use.
Instruction
1. One of the main properties shown to tile – exclusive reliability and durability. To keep these characteristics at the appropriate level, take measures to creation of conditions for its storage directly after production (before application). Otherwise on products harmful factors, for example, the increased humidity or inadmissible mechanical loadings can make negative impact.
2. At storage of tile the danger to it is constituted by so-called biological corrosion. At laying of tiled products on storage provide protection against such harmful effects as mold. In most cases for this purpose it is enough to use hermetic polyethylene packing of separate blocks which the tile keeps within.
3. On delivery tiles to the consumer or during warehousing for intermediate storage there is risk of drawing to products of mechanical damages. Therefore when choosing storing place make sure that on tile the influence of other massive products or accidental falling of the large objects which are in warehouse is excluded.
4. Exclude penetration on products of moisture and atmospheric precipitation. In certain cases contact with the soil (capillary suction) is sources of inadmissible moistening of tile. Moisture on surface of tile can lead to development of harmful microflora. Use the special wooden or plastic pallets preventing contact with the earth at storage of tile.
5. Lay paving slabs after production and form removal face side to each other. Use extra packing (tapes and metal brackets) before the placement of tile on storage. Sometimes not superfluous will use stretch film for long storage. It is especially important to provide the correct storage conditions of paving slabs within the first three weeks after production when the product gains durability and is most subject to harmful effects of the environment.
6. For creation of optimal storage conditions of tile of different look and standard sizes equip the dry closed warehouse. Indoors provide good ventilation. Especially it is important for paving slabs and stone blocks which has to be blown well. For this purpose use intermediate wooden laying. In the absence of blowing the surface of product becomes unattractive.
