The correct storage conditions of footwear and clothes allow to protect them from influence of temperature, humidity and insects. Thus, having taken care of winter things upon termination of season, you can prolong the term of their service for many years.
Instruction
1. Before removing thing on storage, put it in order: remove dirt, if necessary wash and dry up. Depending on type and material each subject demands special means of cleaning. Wipe small pollution on fur coat with the tampon, the wetted in alcohol. Gross contaminations are removed the bran which is warmed up in frying pan: strew several times and sweep away. For color astrakhan fur replace bran with rye or oatmeal. For white fur use carbonate of magnesium and gasoline: apply on spot and clean off powder brush. You clean sheepskin coats special brushes for suede, with use of solution of soap and small amount of sal ammoniac. The down jacket from goose or duck quill needs to be washed too. Adjust the careful mode and minimum temperature. You dry down jacket on shoulders, under sunshine or about radiator. Upon termination of drying invert it and stir up to straighten down.
2. Hang up clothes on big shoulders. It is desirable to cover it with linen bag to protect from external influences. At the same time oxygen access will remain therefore the thing will not lose exterior.
3. Put means from insects in pockets of clothes. If desired replace purchased means with sachet with flowers or branches of dry geranium, lavender, wormwood, dried crusts of orange or piece of fragrant soap. The strong smell frightens off mol, and your clothes will remain inviolable.
4. Gloves demand washing too. Use warm water and soap solution for skin, when rinsing add a little glycerin. Color skin is cleaned off by grain crumb, and suede – sal ammoniac. Wring out gloves through towel and you dry at the room temperature. After drying straighten and put gloves on plain surface or hang up on coat hanger.
5. Wash up footwear outside under stream of warm water, grease with thin layer of special cream. Put to be dried. Disinfect footwear: put the cotton tampon moistened with acetic essence in each boot, and place footwear in plastic bag and densely tie. In 10-12 hours get boots. Insert into toes lumps from paper (for example, newspaper) that at storage skin has not sat down and it was not deformed. Put in boxes and remove.
