One of the most popular and inexpensive modern construction materials is concrete. Rather widely it is applied in creation of reliable floors of industrial buildings and industrial premises. However normal concrete floor has low wear resistance, and from temperature drop and vibration on such covering there can be cracks. 1. Choose type of impregnation which you will use for concrete hardening. The most effective are polymeric impregnating structures (for example, polyurethane). The operation principle of such impregnation is that concrete time in top layers is filled with polymer. At the same time the surface turns into the material combining the best properties of concrete and polymer. The advantage of such impregnations is that they can quite be used at temperature to minus 30 degrees.
2. Before use of special impregnation prepare concrete surface. It has to be leveled, however concrete should not stiffen completely. In general laying of concrete surfacing before drawing impregnation is carried out as usual.
3. On the damp surface of concrete pour out even layer dry impregnating mix. Interacting with concrete, mix will get into surface layer of sexual covering. As a result you receive the concrete surfacing having the increased resistance to chemical and mechanical influences. Impregnation will protect floor from sunshine and moisture, it will become more attractive externally.
4. When processing by impregnation of surfaces, considerable on the area, use the special equipment, for example, the grinder, the carver of seams, the distributive machine (cart). By means of such devices evenly distribute dry mix on concrete surface. At the same time the processing speed of concrete surface increases.
5. If desired use reinforcers of concrete of various coloring. Modern impregnating structures have wide color range – from orange till dark brown color. In such a way you can not only protect concrete surfacing from mechanical influences and reduce dust formation, but also decorate the room, whether it be warehouse or the trading floor.
