Instruction
1. Check compliance of diameter of your plate to the recommended value according to the coverage map of signal. If the antenna smaller is used, than it is necessary, the size, replace it for required.
2. Download from the website of manufacturing firm and establish the latest version of drivers for the network interface card.
3. Check whether the antenna by foreign objects (branches of trees and so forth) is closed from the satellite. If necessary push aside obstacles or rearrange the antenna to other place.
4. Orient antennun the satellite more precisely. Weaken the attachment bolts controlling orientation of plate to poazimouth (in the horizontal plane). Carefully displace the antenna in one, in other party, doing for several seconds of stop after each shift.
5. Find the provision of plate at which the signal is maximum. Record this situation bolt tightening. Repeat similar actions concerning antenna tilt angle (in vertical plane).
6. Adjust position of the converter in relation to plate (distance from it, turning angle concerning axis), trying to obtain peak values of signal.
7. Reduce to minimum possible values resistance to signal in the cable connecting the converter to the network interface card. Increase in force of signal from these measures can reach 10%.
8. If the distance from plate to the receiver is big (exceeds 12-13 meters), find other installation site of the antenna located closer to the receiver.
9. If the cable consists of two or more pieces connected by connectors, replace it with one integral. At availability of large supply of cable longwise, get rid of excess length, having cut off superfluous.
10. Replace the converter with more modern model. Installation of the better converter can give increase in force of signal up to 10%.
