- broth of tops of vegetable of tomatoes (to fill 1/2 part of bucket with tomato tops of vegetable, to fill in with water and to boil minutes 10-15. The cooled-down broth to filter, add liquid soap (spoon on structure liter) and to spray leaves of carrots and row-spacing);
- wormwood broth (to fill in half of bucket of wormwood with boiled water, to boil 10-15 minutes, the cooled-down broth to filter and spray with it carrot bed);
- onions infusion (to fill in 300 grams of onions peel with three liters of boiled water and to allow to infuse day, processing is similar to the above broths).
As to get rid of carrot fly rather difficult, it is important to take care of that this wrecker has not appeared on kitchen garden at all. For this purpose it is necessary to know and put into practice certain agrotechnical actions:
- to annually plant carrots on new bed, and to try to put culture at once at certain distance from each other (insects quickly breed, and at frequent landings there can be mass infection);
- if in last year carrots were attacked by carrot fly, then to put only that grade of vegetable which is resistant to these wreckers, for example, it is possible to plant grade carrots ""Vitamin 5"";
