4. Find in wiring of the relay which breaks off chain, remove it. Usually the alarm system is hidden under dobor of doors or under plinth. It is possible just to trace blinking conductings of LED which goes to the alarm system block, then to find the relay of blocking and to remove it.
5. Connect wires which have been broken off by this relay, switch-off the alarm system. By the way, in modern advanced alarm systems with high class of protection contactless relays which can be located in the most unexpected places are used. Sometimes it is necessary to spend many efforts to find them. It is simpler to find chain which the blocking relay disconnects, and then to determine its location by it and to exclude from chain. There are also additional relays working only on the movement, for example. Then you should tinker with search longer.
