When accounting of the consumed electric power in the territory of the Russian Federation it is authorized to use one-rate and multitariff metering devices. The three-tariff counter is real opportunity to save the electric power and to pay it for different tariff. Three tariffs of payment are subdivided, these are rush hours, floor peak and the cheapest night tariff.

Instruction
1. If you use the three-tariff metering device, then have to remove difference of indications from three tariffs, multiply each number by applicable fares in your region and to summarize all received results for payment for the electric power.
2. To take readings from the three-tariff indication of tariff T1, T2 and T3. It is possible to press the button once while you write down indications of one tariff, the counter in the automatic mode will alternately give all indicators at an interval of 30 seconds.
3. From the previous indications of day tariff T1 on the date of payment, take away the current meter reading on tariff T1 and increase by the tariff operating in your region in rush hours. Rush hours in all regions local time from 7 to 10 in the morning and from 17 to 21 o'clock is considered.
4. Indications of T2 are night hours. In all regions, hours are considered from 23 to 7 o'clock as night. The tariff can be miscellaneous. For calculation take away the current indications from the previous indications of T2 and increase by applicable fare.
5. Indications of T3 are hours to floor peak which are considered in double period of time from 10 in the morning to 17 hours and 21 till 23 o'clock. Take away from the previous indications of T3 current, increase by applicable fare in your region.
6. Put all calculations. Take away the sum of privileges if they are available for you. Pay the receipt in the nearest savings bank or post office.
7. Local authorities of your region have the right to establish other periods of time on applicable fares, but all users have to be in advance warned by multitariff metering devices of the electric power about change of time span.
8. If you cannot find the previous receipt to make calculation and to look at digits in the column "Indications on the date of Payment", then press button B of "waters" on the metering device and hold within 2 seconds. You alternately receive all previous instrument readings on the date of payment. All multitariff counters store information on indications during all term of operation therefore the checking services can always verify without effort all indications of devices with the sums of the actual payment for the consumed electric power.
