One of the main most important parts of interior are curtains. But as at registration of the room, as we know, everything has to be thought over to trifles, not only in what style they are executed and from what fabric are sewed, but even how they are tied up is important.
1. Consider that ties besides practical value matter still decorative and esthetic. Pick up necessary type, depending on the main style of the room and from fabric of which curtains are made. So, for example, normal ribbons will be suitable for the room in style of country as ties while satin curtains will look elegantly if they are tied up by cord with brushes.
2. Not less important and the fact that if you tie up curtains from two parties, ties have to be specularly symmetric each other. If in the room one integral wide curtain, it can be tied up too, and to look it it will be not less effective, than couple of curtains.
3. Do not forget that by means of podvyazyvaniye of curtains it is possible to change window form significantly. So, if you need to extend window and to visually make it narrower, have ties highly. If you want to make window visually less and more widely, tie up curtains at the height of 1/3 from floor.
4. Depending on that form which you want to give to curtain you need to decide on arrangement of ties. There are three main options of their position. If you displace curtain rather seldom – can fix tie around eaves. In that case it will allow to collect curtain in folds and also will raise its first line over floor height.
5. To tie up curtain on the center, it is necessary to establish behind it hook for tie. After fixing make small blousing on tie and give to curtain the desirable form. If your curtains are made of the streaming material, if desired can establish two or three hooks at different height and, respectively, tie up curtain two-three ties, having formed of it magnificent puffs. However this reception will be the most effective in case of registration of curtains of floor.
6. If you want to make tie in the lower part of curtain, then for its fixing you need to establish the holder for it sideways from window, approximately at the height of 1/3 from all length of curtain (when accounting that you take floor height for starting point). If you use cord with long brushes, then the place of fixing of tie has to be located above.
