1. Prepare bees for transportation. The main preparatory activities need to be held on the eve of day of moving. Facilitate beehives, having removed from them the warming pillows, heavy cells with honey and nectar and voshchina. In transit they can break and press down bees, causing mass injuries and death therefore it is better to take care of that the weight of each beehive was minimum. All parts of beehive have to be densely connected with each other. If there are slots, caulk up them as much as possible carefully that bees could not leave through them beehive. After bees return to beehive on spending the night, densely close notches and if it is necessary, hammer with nails.
2. Provide to your bees opportunity to transfer transportation in more comfortable conditions. Steaming is the most common cause of death of bees at movement. Because of rise of temperature in family, increases as well humidity. Bees become wet and fall on beehive bottom. 3. Place apiary on the new place and try to provide to bees the most comfortable period of rehabilitation after moving. Place beehives among bushes and small trees so that bees had source of shadow and opportunity to orient on the area. In case the apiary is located on open area, between beehives it is possible to place twigs of different length. Trace that the beehives closed by ventilating grid did not get under sunshine. In order to avoid meeting of bees do not open all notches at once, and make it through one. After part of bees is flown, it is possible to open other notches in beehives.
