Great way of reconstruction of balcony or loggia is finishing by plastic panels. It is very economic finishing material allowing to do without putty and plastering of walls and to receive at the same time absolutely plain surface which, besides, does not demand difficult leaving for maintenance it in appropriate look.

Instruction
1. Measure the area of walls and calculate the necessary amount of material. It is undesirable to use plastic panels for finishing of ceiling as at the same time floor-to-ceiling height visually decreases.
2. Prepare rails section 30х10, 30х20 cm or metal section. From them furring will gather. Rails have to be located at distance of 40-50 cm from each other and strictly perpendicularly to panels. Drill in wall of opening and hammer into them dowel. Furring you fix by means of screws. Check correctness of installation of rails by means of construction level. Between wall and furring there is gap which can be filled with thermal insulation material.
3. If on the panel there is drawing, then at vertical mounting begin their installation with the left corner. By means of the furniture stapler or nails, fix starting profile in it. The big fixing shelf has to be located towards the movement of mounting. The built-in panel is fixed by means of special metal fastenings which are just beaten by nails to the lower and top rail.
4. Install the following panel, at the same time the acting part of one has to enter groove another, etc. You watch that they were close fitting to each other. From above, between ceiling and panels, and from below, between them and floor, it is necessary to leave gap in 5-10 cm on temperature changes of the sizes of plastic. Then it is closed by means of special ceiling and floor plinth.
5. If it is necessary, then cut off the last panel on several centimeters. It has to be inserted into groove of finishing element with some effort. Additional fixing is not required.
6. If walls equal, and the room dry, then it is possible to do also without furring. In this case panels can directly be mounted to wall by means of self-tapping screws or liquid nails.
